Key Lime Pie Martini

This recipe started out simply enough…
- 2 parts vanilla vodka
- 2 parts half/half
- 1 part Liquor 43
- 1 part sweetened lime juice (Roses)
Mix and store in freezer
However, we like to go fancy...
When ready to serve, rub rim of a large martini glass with fresh lime juice, them twirl the rim in crushed graham cracker crumbs, fill the glass with the martini mix, add a dash of spray whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
We keep fresh limes cut into sixths in the freezer and add one or two to each drink to keep them cold.
Then we toast to our cleverness and luck and gently sip away.
