Many formerly abandoned buildings in downtown Tulsa have benefited from the Historic Tax Credit program. Since 2000 over $163 Million in private investment has added numerous residences, hotel rooms and small businesses to the old inner city. Here, the old Tulsa Club is still awaiting revitalization.
